With summer beckoning, so does my overdue fitness regime. I've struggled to get my lazy self out of bed for a morning swim.. hopeless.

    okay - perfect togs - now to find the body that goes with it! i ride to work but thats all.....i can't believe i'm now at the age where thinking about being in bathers sort of gives you small heart palpitations (especially when you visit home and your mum grabs your waist and says "oh you've put on a bit haven't you love" THANKS MUM! :)
