interior love : Fjall

I have never been fond of skiing - I've only been once and once was enough for me to know that I lack the athletic grace required.
However if I were ever to reconsider I would want to be staying at Fjall (swedish for Mountain) in Victoria's Falls Creek.
Designed by Hecker Phelan Guthrie & Salter Architects, yes, I can imagine myself curled up comfortably on those sofas gazing over the snow capped views of the mountains enjoying the beautiful modern Scandinavian decor.
More lovely images here.

comma: daylesford

Another Daylesford holiday rental to envy.
Light filled and beautiful details - I adore the blackboard town map, clean modern lines, antique pieces and collectables.

daylesford: lark

On our way home we decided to take a detour to Daylesford. We got a little lost and ended up adding an extra 40 minutes to the drive.
Whilst the visit was short, it was worth the while just to finally visit Lark.. Oh my soooo CUUUUTE! A lovely start to my Christmas shopping, with now one person ticked off my list!

lazy sunday

Didn't actually get lost this weekend..
But we did have a nice time at the Collingwood Childrens Farm today. We enjoyed the quaint surrounds by the river and tucked into a delicious organic breakfast. We bought home some danish pastries from the Convent Bakery.

daylesford winter getaway

Only 2 weeks into winter and already I'm thinking it's time for a little R&R. Perhaps a short stay the White House by Lyn Gardener. Oh, pretty please..
